Privahini Bradoo is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BlueOak, a start-up aimed at recycling precious metals from e-waste. BlueOak Resources has arranged $35 million in project financing to build an urban “mining” facility in Arkansas,USA. Privahini represented BlueOak on the Obama Administration's task force for e-waste and is a young global leader at World Economic Forum.

Privahini has led business development at numerous cleantech start-ups, including LanzaTech & Microvi. She has also been a management consultant at BCG and a faculty advisor at Singularity University. She was also the founding CEO of Spark, an Entrepreneurship Program in New Zealand, which has successfully helped start over 70 companies in the last 10 years.

Privahini holds a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Auckland and was recipient of Fulbright Platinum Scholarship for an MBA at Harvard Business School. In 2011, she received a Distinguished Alumni Award from the University of Auckland and won the Harvard Alumni New Venture of 2011 Award. Privahini has been named one of “30 Under 30 Top New Zealand Entrepreneurs” and one of New Zealand's “top 10 business influencers”.
